Important note about Rotary Districts
Rotary Districts 5490 and 5510 mergee on July 1, 2017, to form Rotary District 5495.

All volunteers must submit an application including references which will be checked, have a criminal background check each year, and take annual training on State Department regulations regarding exchange programs..
Volunteer positions include the following:
A Rotarian who oversees the youth exchange activities within that club
A Rotarian who keeps in touch with a specific inbound student throughout the school year.
A Rotarian who oversees the youth exchange activities for all the Rotary Clubs, Schools, and Host Families in their assigned area.
A Rotarian or non-Rotarian who helps to plan and carry out activities throughout the year for inbound and/or outbound students.
A Rotarian Youth Exchange Committee Member who is in charge of the inbound students
A Rotarian Youth Exchange Committee Member who is in charge of the outbound students
A Rotarian who is the leader of the Youth Exchange Committee. This person is normally also the Outbound Chair in our district.
Please note that this is for VOLUNTEER positions, not Host Families.
