Duties and responsibilities of Committee Members

Responsibilities:

  Training each year on State Department regulations related to youth exchange programs

  Background check each year

  Plan, and participate in, events for inbound and outbound students

  Assist in finding host families for inbound students

  All interested adults are invited to join the committee, including, but not limited to, Club YEOs and Counselors

  Elect Inbound and Outbound Chairs from Rotarians serving on the committee, subject to ratification by the District Governor each year.
