The Training Coordinator is responsible for:

  Understanding the State Department regulations and how they affect the operation of the program.

  Creating training materials.

  Training the Area Coordinators, Club YEOs and Counselors.

Training includes training the Area Coordinators, Club YEOs, and Counselors so they can effectively conduct meetings with prospective host families,  Those meetings are to include host family orientation, and must be documented in the database.
